Playing like a child could be better for your health than traditional adult exercise such as jogging, according to research from the University of Glamorgan. Julien Baker, a professor at the university's Health and Exercise Science Research Unit, found that short, sharp sprints of up to 30 seconds could be as good as, or even better than, the long sessions of exercise currently recommended.
