(Photograph) - Thirty unemployed young people who want to make a future in the music world have spent a week at Queen's University, Belfast, learning how to strike the right chord. The Soundlive residential course, a Prince's Trust programme run in association with Queen's, gave the budding musicians the chance to learn about their chosen instrument, songwriting and the music business. Musical styles ranged from punk and heavy metal to country and classical. Photograph: Crispin Rodwell
