The European association of research managers and administrators (EARMA) and NATO will hold a training course on realising national research potential and effective science management from 28 June to 2 July in Busteni, Romania.
The course will address the following issues:
- managing research information;
- managing the creation and transfer of knowledge across corporate and country boundaries;
- interacting with industry and the business community;
- encouraging technology transfer.
