Top marks for cunning?

How much might Natfhe members be offered to be bussed into old universities past jeering Association of University Teachers' picket lines? It is a prospect raised by one vice-chancellor who mischievously suggests that heads of old universities could exploit the differences in tactics of the unions in the pay dispute. Why not hire Natfhe members to set exams? It's these not-so-cunning ploys that vice-chancellors are paid so much money for, you know.
