A warm welcome to The TooTer, a Gateshead College Natfhe journal devoted to "reporting all that is wrong with the state of contractual arrangements within FE colleges at the present time". Given this brief, and assuming that its staff have some talent for compression, you might expect something about the size of the weekend New York Times. Receipt of a sheet of A4, albeit with nice graphics, came as a bit of a disappointment.
