Albania, which collapsed into bloody civil unrest in the 1990s after a botched giant pyramid scheme, is to establish its first university courses on business ethics through the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe. They will be at the universities of Shkodra, Korca, Elbasani and Gjirokastra.
