The fundamentals of international project management

A training course on the fundamentals of international project management will take place in Karlsruhe, Germany, on and 28 September.

The course will address:
- the environment of international project management;
- project life cycle;
- project organisation;
- project management and control.

The course will comprise input sessions, discussions, exercises, group work and case studies. It is being organised by the Forschungszentrum Karlsruhe in cooperation with EARMA, the European association of research managers and administrators.
