The Joseph Rowntree Foundation has invested £1 million over three years in a new Drug and Alcohol Research Programme, with the aims of increasing understanding of drug- and alcohol-related problems and informing policy and practice. Proposals are now being sought for a two-year study on the community impact of drug dealing, which will be funded to £90,000.
