Student photographers have captured college life on camera. Michael Hackett, a student from Brockenhurst College in Hampshire, has won the first-ever national college photography award. His image of fellow students relaxing on a summer day was judged the strongest of more than 175 entries to the 'My College Life' competition, organised by the Association of Colleges. Second prize went to Jethro Bradley-Firth from Norton College in Sheffield, who captured a guitarist mid-rehearsal. Samantha Porter from Aylesbury College took third place for an architectural shot of her college.
