October 10, 2003

As the Conservatives gathered in Blackpool for their party conference, they indulged in an incentive scheme to win the student vote.

Shadow education secretary Damian Green encouraged students to join the Tory "no fees - no small print" competition by offering the opportunity to win a year's free tuition.
