Test bed

The Alba Centre, which houses Scotland's collaborative Institute for System Level Integration, is about to expand to include a European test technology centre. Scottish Enterprise is working in partnership with Test Advantage, a global test services company, to open Test Advantage Ltd. It will employ up to 15 engineers that will support ISLI's new MSc programme in test engineering. The institute, which brings together research and teaching strengths from Edinburgh, Glasgow, Heriot-Watt and Strathclyde universities, is part of a unique collaboration between higher education, government and industry.
