Team up to lead change

The Higher Education Academy is collaborating with the Leadership Foundation for Higher Education on a new approach to professional development. "Change Academy" is a four-day residential event to be held in Edinburgh next week, which will be attended by teams from 15 UK higher education institutions. The event will support the professional development of cross-functional teams, including senior management, brought together to lead transformational change in a university or higher education college.
