East Riding College of Yorkshire is becoming Easy Riding. Local councillors have approved a plan that will offer students in remote areas mopeds to get to college. Eligible students will have to live more than three miles from their college but should travel no more than 15 miles in a single journey. Applicants will be means-tested.
