With outrageous election claims beginning to mount, the candidates' lists furnished a couple more. William Waldegrave, the cabinet minister whose intellectual ingenuity attracted the attention of Lord Justice Scott, turns out to be so clever that he has an Oxford college all to himself, with the CV supplied by Central Office describing him as a fellow of "All Saints College, Oxford".
