Some quality fudge

The Quality Assurance Agency's latest on the Oxbridge MA (Question 12 in Annex 1 of the National Qualifications Framework) is beyond belief. One of its main aims should surely be the discouragement of bought degrees. Logically, it should now turn a blind eye to the University of Poppleton's PhDs (Pounds 100, used notes only). Or is it that Southgate House has recently received a large delivery of fudge?
