Social scientists to help develop policy

Home secretary David Blunkett is enlisting the help of social scientists in developing policy.

Social scientists will be invited to spend time working at the Home Office Research, Development and Statistics Directorate (RDS) as part of an exchange scheme. RDS employees will spend time in university social science research departments.
