Soas two to return

Two university librarians are expected to be reinstated at the School of Oriental and African Studies after their redundancies prompted 18 academics to resign from non-contractual duties.

Managers at Soas changed their minds about the Korean and Chinese experts after talks with the Association of University Teachers and arbitration service Acas this week. Soas will also review its industrial relations practices.
