(Photograph) - Silence is golden: a team of Quiet Patrollers in the University of Leicester's library is issuing persistent loudmouths with warnings to ensure silence for users. Sanctions against offenders, whose names are kept on a database, include a warning letter, suspension of borrowing rights, fines or a letter to the relevant academic department.
