Serbs forge London link

An academic link between a British and a Serbian university has been forged for the first time since war in the Balkans began, writes Milica Pesic.

The Centre for the Study of Democracy at the University of Westminster and the faculty of political science at the University of Belgrade have embarked on a three-year project to study the state of political science and international relations in Britain and Serbia and future directions.
