Scottish Further Education Funding Council

May 14, 1999

The chairman of the new Scottish Further Education Funding Council has promised that a review of college management will be "neither a whitewash nor a witch-hunt". The funding steering group is drafting plans to move from the financial year to the academic year for college grants, in line with the Scottish Higher Education Funding Council.
