Scots query help for troubled college

The Association of Scottish Colleges is questioning Pounds 166,000 extra government funding for Clydebank College, which has been facing redundancies because of a substantial deficit. Tom Kelly, chief officer of the ASC, said other colleges would be justifiably concerned if the extra help was being found at their expense.
