School fruit pointless

Free fruit at school is not improving children's health, according to research from Leeds University. Joan Ransley analysed the School Fruit and Vegetable Scheme 2004 and found that after seven months dietary improvements disappeared, as fruit and vegetable consumption decreased at home.
