An accord on scientific and technological cooperation has been signed by the EU and Russia. The agreement paves the way for the exchange of information and researchers, as well as allowing free access for scientists to visit research establishments.
Subjects covered by the accord include the environment, climate, health, agroculture, industrial production and IT.
