A workshop on the open fourth and final call in 'Food quality and safety' (Priority 5) and 'Global change and ecosystems' (Priority 6.3) under the Sixth Framework Programme (FP6) will take place in Istanbul, Turkey, from 8 to 9 September.
The aim of this event - organised by Rural-ETINET, a project sponsored by the European Commission which aims to encourage and help SMEs (small and medium sized enterprises) access funding from FP6 - is to assist researchers and other individuals who will be submitting proposals in response to the call. The event will provide proposers with information on how to improve their proposals. Evaluators will give presentations on the evaluation process and give 'tips' on what they look for in a successful proposal.
