Twenty-nine lecturing jobs will be lost over the next four years and 14 created at the College of Ripon and York St John.
The college will close its Ripon campus from September next year. It said that courses in environmental science, American studies, applied social science, cultural studies and geographical studies will go.
Degrees in management studies, community studies and digital culture will be launched.
