An Iranian court has reimposed the death sentence on Hashem Aghajari, a history professor at Tehran's Tarbiat Modarress University, convicted of apostasy in 2002 after a speech seen as criticism of the Islamic establishment. His sister protested against the sentence with thousands of Tehran's students.
