Regulation (EC) No 1946/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 July 2003 on transboundary movements of genetically modified organisms giving effect to Cartagena Protocol (OJ L287/1 5.11.2003). Full text

Article 20 - Entry into force

1. This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

2. This Regulation shall apply from the date of entry into force of the Protocol, in accordance with Article 37(1) of the Protocol, or from the date of entry into force of this Regulation, whichever shall be the later.
