The student union at Queen's University has appointed a public relations consultant in a bid to improve its standing in the Protestant community.

 

The decision, aimed at addressing repeated allegations of a "chill factor" against Protestants in the union, was given a cautious welcome by former graduate Ian Paisley junior.
