The latest change in the working habits of John Randall, the very mobile chief executive of the Quality Assurance Agency, may interest his desk-bound colleagues in London. Having given some QAA employees in the capital the choice between relocating to a new headquarters near Bristol and finding a job elsewhere, he now appears to have settled into a life in town. "He spends most of his time these days working in the London office," The THES was told when it tried to contact him in Bristol.
