The 17th annual Polis conference will be held in Brussels from 21 to 22 November, and will feature a keynote speech from EU Research Commissioner, Philippe Busquin on the role of cities and regions in Community research.
The event will showcase the most recent achievements at a local level in areas such as clean transport, mobility management, flexible transport services, and urban goods distribution.
The programme also includes a session on traveller information services and a round table on e-safety. Representatives from public authorities and industry will exchange views on how a stronger partnership could create solutions for sustainable mobility.
The two day event is open to transport representatives from all areas, public and private, and will present excellent opportunities for networking and partnership building.
