Project management under EU research framework: workshop - Paris, 4 December

A workshop on how to successfully manage projects funded under the EU research framework programme will take place on 4 December in Paris, France..

The workshop will give participants a broad overview of how to go about negotiating a research contract with the European Commission and managing a project. Specifically it will cover:
- rules of participation;
- project contracts;
- consortium agreements;
- financial aspects;
- management tools.
