The European Commission has published a prior information notice regarding calls for proposals for various study services, including a study and seminar on strategies for the exploitation of research, a study on the anticipated impact of research funding, an evaluation of the specific new instruments implemented in thematic priority three of the 'Integrating' programme, and a study on the future RTD needs relating to industrial technologies.
Specifically, the four sections of the call will involve the following:
- Exploitation strategy involving a study on potential obstacles to the exploitation of the project's results and a seminar, run by the expert who carried out this study, with the project partners, to develop an exploitation strategy which takes these risks into account.
- Study on the anticipated impact of research funding in specific areas of industrial production, materials and nanotechnologies.
- Evaluation of the specific new instruments implemented in thematic priority three of the 'Integrating' programme, and conceptual design of novel financing mechanisms.
- Identification of future research technology development (RTD) needs related to industrial technologies. A set of workshops, surveys and studies will be carried out aiming to identify European industry research needs in the long-term (up to 20 years).
