The sixth European space power conference (espc-2002) will take place in Porto, Portugal, from 6 to 10 May 2002.

The event, sponsored by the European space agency (ESA) in cooperation with the Universidade de Porto, aims to bring together many issues related to spacecraft power systems within a single event. Portugal became an official member of the European space agency in 2001. The conference will provide an opportunity to foster interest and cooperation in space activities with Portugal.
