Plymouth University will teach Australians to surf after signing a deal this week with Edith Cowan University in Western Australia. ECU will deliver Plymouth's honours degree course in surf science and technology.
The Diary suggests that Plymouth might also consider offering a course in coal retailing to a prominent city in the Northeast.
