PhD to be reassessed

A PhD student has won a four-year court battle with Beijing University to obtain his electronics diploma and have his PhD reassessed.

This is the first time a student has sued a university, which is appealing against the decision. Universities fear that such a precedent will lead to a flood of similar actions and appeals.
