OST shunt called for

The Office of Science and Technology should be moved back to the Cabinet Office from the Department of Trade and Industry, according to Save British Science. Outlining policies it believes the next government should adopt, SBS is also calling for a reformed OST to have control of all government research establishments and budgets for its "core" activities.
