Not the usual suspects

Another vice-chancellor on his way out is Brunel University's Steven Schwartz. Executive headhunters are bidding for the recruitment contract now, but one reports that the marketplace isn't exactly seething with suitable candidates at the moment. There is even talk of avoiding the usual candidates completely and drafting in someone new, young and thrusting to continue Schwartz's idiosyncratic style.
