Mention parking charges and most academics perk up. So Coventry University decided to try to raise the profile of its city via a competition offering a prize of a free parking permit. The catch? Contestants must display a sticker with the slogan "Coventry inspires". How many have been inspired to do so? Not enough. The deadline has been extended.
