No saving grace

(Photograph) - Many dance and drama students will not benefit from the Pounds 19 million scholarship package launched this week by higher education minister Baroness Blackstone. The National Campaign for the Arts said a quarter of the 820 scholarships will be for one or two-year courses, yet most participating courses are for three years.
