Negotiating FP6 contracts

A workshop on negotiating research contracts for the Sixth Framework Programme (FP6) will take place in Hamburg, Germany, on 30 January.

The event will provide an overview of the contract negotiation process, and is aimed at helping administrators and managers to progress swiftly and effectively from the Commission's 'evaluation summary report' and 'framework for negotiation' to a signed contract, while providing firm foundations for the efficient administration of the project.

Agreements made during the negotiation period have a major influence on the management and administration of a project. Mistakes and omissions could lead to confusion and difficulties later on.
