Model Contract Working Group - contract with annexes now online in 11 languages (link)

The Model Contract Working Group was set up by the research DGs to work on the drafting of model contracts for the new instruments for the Sixth Framework Programme. The working group was mandated to hold regular meetings with representatives of Member States and Associated States.

NB: The translations into other Community languages are provided to facilitate understanding of the contracts and its annexes. They are not legally binding and are not officially sanctioned.
