Millennium bug-buster courses prove popular

The government is set to meet its target to fill 20,000 free millennium bug training places by March. Lifelong learning minister George Mudie, speaking at the Local Government Association conference this week, said he would provide a further 10,000 "bug-buster" places. The courses are provided by 180 accredited training providers.
