Merton students top Oxford degree table

Students at Merton College gained the best degrees in Oxford University, according to this year's Norrington table.

The table, which ranks colleges by the class of degrees gained, puts St John's second and New College third. Balliol, which was top of the table last year, came tenth. Harris Manchester was bottom, unchanged from last year.
