Mental block

The Royal College of Psychiatrists says that very little has improved in the conditions for mental health patients in London over the past year.

Paul Lelliott, director of the Royal College of Psychiatrists' research unit, which conducted the research, said: "We continue to be concerned at the condition and environment of admission units which lead to an unacceptably high number of detained patients and violent incidents."
