Managing industrial property rights in biotechnology

A seminar on industrial property rights in biotechnology will take place from 19 to 23 January in Nice, France.

The event is aimed at persons seeking to use intellectual property rights to optimise the profitability of the innovative efforts taking place in their company or academic institution.

The seminar programme includes:
- biotechnological innovation as a subject of industrial property rights;
- capitalising on inventiveness, industrial property management and protection strategies, evaluating one's own patent position and that of competitors;
- agreements;
- enforcement of industrial property rights.
