Managers' masterclass

Recent research shows that about 80 per cent of IT projects fail to deliver stated business benefits because the "human dimension" has not been managed effectively.

To counter this, the British Computer Society and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants have joined forces to deliver a series of master courses, the Professional Development Portfolio, aimed at IT professionals who need business management skills.
