Police have arrested a man for selling counterfeit degree certificates through the internet. After a ten-month inquiry, Merseyside police seized computer equipment and fake exam certificates from a number of addresses in Merseyside. An unnamed man has been arrested under the Forgery and Counterfeiting Act, and has been released on bail.
