Maltese conference to explore collaboration under FP6

The European unit of the University of Malta is organising a two day launch event for the Sixth Framework Programme (FP6) for 6 and 7 December 2002.

The conference theme will be 'exploring industry-academia synergies in research and innovation'. The event organisers hope that the event will provide useful information on collaboration under FP6 while promoting synergy and enhancing competitiveness.

The event will feature a number of presentations on the opportunities for strengthening industry-academia collaboration. Discussions will involve a diverse group of researchers, experts, policy makers and business representatives from the pubic and private sectors.
