A business school has helped a total of 350 women over the age of 50 to start their own businesses. The milestone was reached after 40 women recently completed London Metropolitan University's Enterprise on Track course, which helps them set up their own micro businesses through the Centre for Micro Enterprise. The university says that UK businesses started by people over 50 are statistically more likely to succeed than those of younger entrepreneurs.
