A building that "humanises" education has opened in Liverpool. The £8.5 million Education and Enterprise building has been officially unveiled by Liverpool Hope University at its Childwall campus. Bart McGettrick, dean of education at the university, said: "Its design and outlook make it a meeting space as much as a teaching space. It humanises the process of education and is a great new facility for Liverpool."
